League winners for the 2008 season, Jack Clarke (Youth) and Phil Hetzel at the end of the last race on 9 July.

The races were Regional C Handicap races under BC rules of approximately one hour duration for juniors, women, vets and seniors E/1/2/3/4. Minimum age for riders 16 years.

The race for Youth (age 12 - 16) started at 7.00 pm on the small circuit of 20 minutes duration.

Riders, spectators ( associated with a rider) and officials, were pre-registered to comply with Lotus Cars' security requirements. Registration fee for the series was £7.50; spectators, supporters, officials, and juveniles free.

Entry fee for each race was £5.00 on the line (Juveniles £2.50. Day licences, free to British Cycling Gold and Silver members, required.
